FREE... Yes, you absolutely read it correct. NyceMeal is absolutely free to use. You'll only have to pay for the food and, if you opt for delivery, you may notice that the Cook charges a fee for delivery. In that case, the fee is set by the Cook.
|How do I order?|
You enter your address and click search button. You'll see a list of Cook's delivering to you. Click on "View Menu" to see the menu, and click on "+" button to add the food items to cart. Do the same for anything that you like to order on its menu and provide "Delivery Time" or tik on "Delivery ASAP?" and then hit on "Checkout". That's it... we'll notify the Cook to begin preparing your food.
|What happens after I submit an order?|
NyceMeal will send your order to the Cook. The Cook will then receives an email & notification of the order on their mobile device, from there Cook will decide either to except or decline your order. You will receive the confirmation of the order by Email.
|What if I don't receive an order confirmation email?|
Check your spam folder, make sure your email account isn't acting weird, and, if all else fails, reach us on our Contact Us Page.
|How do I change or cancel an order after I've placed it?|
You can change or cancel your order anytime, until it is not delivered. Once your order is delivered, you cannot cancel or change your order.
To change or cancel your order, simply go to your order history and click on "Order #", this will take to your order editing page, you can make change to your order or click on "Cancel Order" to cancel your current order.
|I have a confirmation email, but the Cook says they don't have my order. Why?|
If you're hearing that they've not received your order, reach us immediately on our Contact Us Page and we'll get things sorted out.
|Something is wrong with my food. What do I do?|
If there's a problem with your order, please call the Cook and let them know. You can find that phone number in your order confirmation email. Of course, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team on our Contact Us Page.

|How do I browse Cook near me?|
The best way is to make sure you enter your address as specifically as possible. The search results will be tailored to Cook that deliver to that address or Cook that are within a reasonable distance offering service.
|What's the deal with "Order History"?|
Here's where you can see everything you've ordered in the past. Which is helpful for a few reasons. One, you can reorder anything you loved in just a few clicks. Of course, you'll get the chance to edit the order to add anything else you'd want or remove anything you don't need this time around. The second, of course, is to view and print receipts. If you're into that sort of thing, anyway.
|How are the menu prices determined?|
The Cook we work with are contractually obligated to match the prices they have set on their menus. If you see any discrepancies, reach us on our Contact Us page and we'll talk to the Cook.
|Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to order?|
In some cases, yes. Cook often require a minimum order size to deliver an order.
|What type of Payment options are available?|
Presently, NyceMeal supports PayPal and Cash-on-Delivery as a payment option. We are already working to integrate Credit Card payments with NyceMeal, and soon you will be able to pay with your credit cards.
|Is my payment info secure?|
Absolutely Yes... We never share any of these details with Cook, and we encrypt everything the second you hit that "order" button. NyceMeal is SSL encrypted, to make sure no one (including us) can see those details.
|How do I redeem a promo code?|
If you have a promo code, you'll be able to enter it during checkout and we'll adjust your order total to factor in the discount. It's important to note here that you can only use one discount per order.
|I forgot my username or my password or both. What should I do now?|
Your username is often the email address you would have used to register your account. As for the password, you can click the "Forgot My Password" link and we'll get you sorted out. And if you still need a reminder of that username, the "Forgot Username" button and the fields that pop up when you click it will trigger an email reminder of that name.
|Can I have two NyceMeal accounts with the same email address?|
Unfortunately, no. Because that email is linked to your username, you can only have one account per email address.
|Can I save multiple addresses? Like "home," "work," and "future husband's"?|
Off-course Yes... Any address you use to place an order will be saved to your account. You can even label each one to make things easier. And if things don't work out with "future husband," you can delete any stored addresses by clicking your name in the top right corner of the page (make sure you're logged in, of course!).
|Can I save special delivery instructions to my address?|
Yes you can... When checking out, you'll have the option to save any delivery instructions to that address.
|Why does it tell me that a Cook doesn't deliver to me?|
Our Cook determine their own delivery ranges, so it's possible - if you're browsing by neighbourhood, city or landmark rather than a specific address - that a specific Cook listed won't deliver to you. To be sure right from the start, we recommend you search using a specific address. If you're not 100% sure of the address, it's best to be as specific as you possibly can.
|Where did these Cook ratings and reviews come from?|
They're from NyceMeal users just like you. In fact, you can review any Cook you've ordered from on NyceMeal.
|How do I share my opinion about a particular Cook?|
Any time you see a Cook's rating displayed, you can click that section to add your own two cents. If you need real-time support, reach us on our Contact Us Page.
|How does ordering for pickup work?|
It's exactly the same as ordering for delivery, minus the "delivery" part. Instead, the Cook will let you know when to expect the food to be ready, and you'll shuffle over to grab it and go. Oh, and please remember to have an ID handy when picking your food up. Cook like to make sure that their food is heading off with the proper person.
